By accessing or purchasing from Wraith, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the platform.

Account Sales

Wraith sells pre-existing game accounts. All accounts are described accurately at the time of listing. Upon completing a purchase, you will receive login credentials and, where applicable, the original email address associated with the account. You are responsible for securing the account immediately upon receipt. Wraith is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to secure the account credentials.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once credentials have been delivered. However, we provide a 48-hour replacement guarantee: if the account you received is found to be non-functional, incorrectly described, or inaccessible within 48 hours of delivery, we will replace it at no additional cost. Replacement requests must be submitted via our Discord or contact page within the 48-hour window. This guarantee does not apply in cases where the account is compromised due to your own actions after delivery.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Wraith's services for any unlawful purpose. You may not:

• Resell accounts purchased from Wraith without prior written consent.
• Attempt to access accounts that you have not purchased.
• Use our services to violate the terms of service of any third-party platform.
• Engage in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt our platform.

Limitation of Liability

Wraith is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any of the game publishers whose titles appear on this platform. All trademarks and game titles remain the property of their respective owners. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wraith shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or any account purchased through our platform.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
